NEW DELHI– 5TH JANUARY, 2024
Kejriwal government is constructing a magnificent school building in East Vinod Nagar, Patparganj. Education Minister Atishi inspected it along with officials from the Public Works Department and the Education Department. The new school in East Vinod Nagar will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including smart classrooms, excellent labs, libraries, lifts, and other world-class amenities for children. The construction of this school is progressing rapidly. During the inspection, Education Minister Atishi directed officials to expedite the remaining construction work so that children can study in their sparkling new building in the upcoming academic session.
During the inspection, the Education Minister mentioned that this splendid school is being constructed in the legislative assembly of Manish Sisodia, the visionary behind the Delhi Education Revolution, that will ensure to bring world-class education to every child. With each new magnificent school, we are progressing further in the direction of fulfilling this vision. She stated that the impressive building of this school exemplifies the commitment and priority of the Kejriwal government towards education.
She said, “When I first saw the drawing of this school, it felt as if this was a building of a top university in the United States.” She mentioned that our children deserve the best education, and to provide them with world-class educational facilities, we are constructing this magnificent school.
“I am pleased that a splendid government school building is soon going to be available for approximately 5000 children in this area. People used to call this school the ‘tent school,’ but after the construction of the new building, they will know it as the ‘school with a building like American universities.’ Every student studying here or those who have studied here before will take pride in it,” she added.
She mentioned that Manish Sisodia had overseen the design of this building. Indeed, today he is falsely implicated and kept in jail, but his dreams for education cannot be imprisoned. Whatever dreams Manish Sisodia has seen regarding education will definitely come true. The students studying in this school will not only bring pride to themselves and their families but will also honor Manish Sisodia.
The new building of the school will be 4-storey high with 101 rooms. The school will be equipped with modern facilities, including smart classrooms, labs, libraries, lifts, and an activity room. During the inspection, the Education Minister directed officials to expedite the remaining construction work so that the school area’s children could be accommodated in the new session. The foundation of this school was laid by CM Arvind Kejriwal on April 8, 2023.

केजरीवाल सरकार पूर्वी विनोद नगर, पटपड़गंज में शानदार स्कूल बिल्डिंग बनवा रही है। शिक्षा मंत्री आतिशी ने पीडब्ल्यूडी व शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ इसका निरीक्षण किया। पूर्वी विनोद नगर स्कूल की नई स्कूल स्कूल अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस होगी, जहाँ बच्चों के लिए स्मार्ट क्लासरूम, शानदार लैब, लाइब्रेरी, लिफ्ट सहित अन्य वर्ल्ड-क्लास सुविधाएँ मौजूद होंगी| इस स्कूल का निर्माण कार्य तेज़ी से चल रहा है। निरीक्षण के दौरान शिक्षा मंत्री आतिशी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि, जल्द से जल्द बचे हुए निर्माण कार्य को पूरा किया जाए ताकि नए सत्र में बच्चे अपने स्कूल की चमचमाती नई बिल्डिंग में पढ़ सकें।
इस मौके पर शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि दिल्ली शिक्षा क्रांति के जनक मनीष सिसोदिया जी के विधानसभा में बनकर तैयार हो रही ये शानदार स्कूल हर बच्चे तक वर्ल्ड-क्लास शिक्षा पहुंचाने के विज़न का हिस्सा है| अपने हर नए शानदार स्कूल के साथ हम इस विज़न को पूरा करने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ते जा रहे है| उन्होंने कहा कि इस स्कूल की शानदार बिल्डिंग जो शिक्षा को लेकर केजरीवाल सरकार की गंभीरता और प्राथमिकता का उदाहरण है|
उन्होंने कहा कि, जब मैंने इस स्कूल की ड्राइंग को देखा था तो ऐसा लग रहा था मानो ये अमेरिका के किसी टॉप यूनिवर्सिटी की बिल्डिंग हो। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे बच्चे सर्वश्रेष्ठ शिक्षा के हकदार हैं और उन्हें विश्व स्तरीय शैक्षणिक सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के लिए हम इस शानदार स्कूल का निर्माण कर रहे हैं।
मुझे खुशी है कि इस क्षेत्र के लगभग 5000 बच्चों को एक शानदार सरकारी स्कूल बिल्डिंग मिलने जा रही है। कभी इस स्कूल को लोग ‘टेंट वाला स्कूल’ कहते थे लेकिन नई बिल्डिंग बनने के बाद लोग इसे ‘अमेरिका के यूनिवर्सिटी जैसी बिल्डिंग वाले स्कूल’ के नाम से जानेंगे। और यहां पढ़ने वाला या इसमें पहले पढ़ चुका हर छात्र इसपर गर्व करेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि, मनीष सिसोदिया जी ने इस बिल्डिंग के डिज़ाइन को अपने मार्गदर्शन में तैयार करवाया था। बेशक आज उन्हें झूठे केस में जेल में रखा गया है लेकिन शिक्षा के उनके सपने को जेल में नहीं डाला जा सकता। मनीष सिसोदिया जी ने शिक्षा को लेकर जो भी सपने देखे हैं वो ज़रूर पूरे होंगे। और इस स्कूल में पढ़ने वाले छात्र न केवल खुद को और अपने परिवार को बल्कि मनीष सिसोदिया जी को भी गौरवान्वित करेंगे।
बता दें कि स्कूल की नई बन रही इमारत चार मंज़िला होगी जिसमें 101 कमरे होंगे। स्कूल स्मार्ट क्लासरूम, लैब-लाइब्रेरी, लिफ्ट, एक्टिविटी रूम सहित अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस होगा। निरीक्षण के दौरान शिक्षा मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए है कि बचे हुए निर्माण कार्य को जल्द पूरा किया जाए ताकि नये सत्र में स्कूल क्षेत्र के बच्चों को समर्पित किया जा सके।
बता दें कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने 8 अप्रैल 2023 को इस स्कूल का शिलान्यास किया था।
